世界デモクラシーフォーラム⑧ /World Forum for Democracy 8

今回の大会ではヨーロッパのデモクラティック教育関係者ではパリのデモクラティックスクールの代表のラミンさん、オランダのデモクラティックスクールの卒業生で市議会議員をしているシモーヌさんが発言者として招聘されていました。この大会に合わせてEUDEC(デモクラティックエデュケーションのヨーロッパ地域での活動体)の理事の集まりを開いて、理事も参加しただけでなく応援に駆け付けた人々も大勢いて結果として、ドイツ、イギリス、オランダ、ポーランド、フランスの人たちが今回の大会では活躍しました。ヨーロッパ以外ではイスラエルのヤコブさんと僕が発言者として招聘されていました。誰がどのように人選されているのかが私たちの疑問でもありました。でも、人事は明かしてしまうといろんな圧力がかかる可能性があり、「欧州評議会の担当チームが今回の会議の内容に応じてしかるべき情報を集めてふさわしい発言者を選んだ」というなんだかわからないものでした。
     Ramin from a democratic school in Paris, Simone who is a graduate of Dutch democratic school and a member of city council in Holland speakers at this forum. EUDEC decided to have board meeting at this timing. Many of EUDEC people not only board members joined this forum from France, Holland, Germany, UK and Poland. They had been quite active during the forum. Outside of Europe, Yaacov and I was invited as speakers. Many people wondered how and why these people are chosen as speakers. Actually I was asked this question and I also had the same question by myself. The organizer explained they collected necessary information properly and they chose appropriate people for the cnontent.They cannnot who and how more precisely otherwise many people would pressure the organizer to invite someone they know. It's their explanation and we couldn't know who chose these speakers.
